Toggles and notifications

There are 2 positions when you access the toggles and notifications it covers   1/3 of the screen and with some notificatios, half of the screen, right???

They could make a separation where not the whole screen gets blurry? 

Something like that

What would you do with the newly clear/ visible space?

the content will simply be seenit's like pulling a curtain, the more you down it, the more content you will see, like now.
right now this screenshot has the same concept, I rotated it.
