Hello @Cheesydieper ,

A complete software update especially a major OS upgrade is data consuming.  This is also an discussion to be had with carrier as some carriers consider data used for upgrade as special data and do not count towards your data plan while some do. We  need to discuss with carriers before providing such an option.

Yes please I hope it gets fixed with the carriers since some people have unlimited data so its better to give them option to download software updates using mobile data
