Add function to change wallpaper every certain time period like 24 hr. external apps do not working with Samsung theming

I agree. It would be nice if they extend the Dynamic Lock Screen wallpaper service to the home screen also.
The wallpapers under the Dynamic Lock Screen are pretty good.
