Can' t get the accessibility drop down menu back on.

Where do I go to get the accessibility drop down menu back on.   I know it is silly but I can't find the place where I turn it back on.  I have an a11

Navigating to the accessibility setting is the same no matter what device you have. 

Open your settings and scroll down until you see Accessibility. Tap and open accessibility and here you will be able to enable many features such as hearing and visibility enhancements, talk back, spoken assistance and many more. 

 

You can also access accessibility feature by swiping down from the top of your device to open your notification panel. Then tap settings and scroll down until you see accessibility and tap to open.
