Galaxy A35 Routine is active but nothing happens?

I have a routine set, on my Galaxy A35 for when I arrive, at home.  It turns off data and turns on Wi-Fi.

When I go to Modes and Routines, it says the routine is active but data is still on and Wi-Fi is off.

Can you post a screen shot of the routine? Of course, edit out any sensitive info, like address.

I don't know if this will work but it's worth a try. Turn the data off first, add another routine element to wait 10 or 15 seconds before the next routine element, then turn the Wi-Fi on. Hope that works for you.

Ok. The problem may be the address. Google maps does not know the size of your home and may even have the address slightly off. So when you are arriving home, Google maps may not think you are at home or if you move around your home, Google may think you left even though you are still there. Maps does not do well with multi unit dwellings or attached houses or large houses for this purpose. You can expand the radius around your home and then the routine should start properly.

Phone says the routine is running.

Yes, it's running, but not properly. That's why you came here. You have to make adjustments to the routines.

Like what?  It is a simple routine.  And people, like yo. are giving me different answers like it is your address.  If it is my address why does the phone say it is running?

As I said, edit your routine. Tap on your address and expand the radius around your address. That should help.
