Dropped my Samsung a12 the other day, and now if I move my phone too fast the internet opens to cash app. I can not figure out how to make it stop! I have a protective case on my phone, and it fell on carpet....

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out regarding this. I am very sorry to hear you dropped your A12 and are experiencing this behavior after the impact. First, inspect the device for any signs of physical damage. You can try some troubleshooting, such as clearing the internet app's cache and data: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/#:~:text=Open%20Settings%2C%20and%20then%20swi....

If this did not resolve the behavior of it opening Cashapp, it may be time to see if a third-party application is causing this (assuming you are referring to Samsung Internet). You can do so with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If the behavior continues under Safe Mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. Back up everything you do not wish to lose beforehand: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung  or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
