Phone insurance took out 200 for not mailing other device in on time

I turn in a claimant didn't  want the A-21 Samsung so I got an IPhone se .they ok the claim,but I forgot to mail it in. They took $200.00  out my bank account. I call customer service and explain what happen. They said you can keep the phone ,they won't take the phone now and credit my checking account.  Has anyone been here before

No but you can't blame them for your forgetfulness tho, that's how it has always been, not everyone gets a credit back tho so you got lucky
