Samsung A12 adaptive brightness doesn't work

Hello, so recently I got the new Android 12 update for my A12 but I realized my adaptive brightness wouldn't dim nor brighten my phone screen for some reason I've tried to look up how to reset it didn't work I turned it off then back on still didn't fix it and now I don't know what to do I really enjoy my adaptive brightness and if I don't have it I could go crazy!!!!! Can some PLEASE help Me fix this!?!?!?

I don't know but the model number/access type would also be a important reason if you do. I got it on this A12 which is the SM-A125U.

The android 12 update might not be available for likely reasons regarding your phone being the locked version instead of the unlocked version of the Samsung galaxy A12

I have been a Samsung fan 4ever... my wife, my father, my brothers and all my friends have Samsung...I have never been so disappointed with Samsung and its built-in brightness does not work regardless.

And no reply from Samsung about the issue🥵🥵🥵
