Hello Robmc, thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Community. I can certainly assist with seeing your SD card pictures on the A12. First, try restarting your A12 and reinserting the SD card, in case it is not inserted properly. Make sure it is clear of dust or anything that can interfere with reading the SD card.

If you still cannot see the pictures, try booting into Safe Mode. Third-party applications can potentially affect device behavior, so follow this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If the behavior still persists under Safe Mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. Make sure to back everything up prior (on more than just the SD card itself, like a cloud storage service), safely removed the SD card, and follow this guide carefully: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
