Issues with Samsung voice dictation

For clarity this is for the Samsung Keyboard _not_ gboard.

I recently bought a new zfold 4, and I had a relatively great experience with Samsung's voice dictation.  There are a few things that used to work great on Android 12 that are not working well on Android 13 with Samsung's voice dictation.

- If dictating multiple sentences it will not capitalize (or space) the first word of the new sentence.

- I cannot dictate '?' it always spells it out.

- It seems less accurate with words overall.

I've ensured that the capitalization and space options were checked (even though they are supposed to be for regular typing) and I've tried clearing cache.  I'm relatively new to Samsung devices, is there a good way to report this feedback to the developers?

Ditto. I thought it was because it was using a different translator. 🤔

Hello, We understand how frustrating it is when voice dictation is not working properly.
