Buds Live Won't Connect

I can't get my Buds Live to connect to my Pro 360. They connect fine between my S21U and my Tab S7, but my laptop will not discover them even after I downloaded the Buds app. Any suggestions?

Did you put them into paring mode?

To Do this put them in your ears and press and hold on the earbuds for I believe 5 seconds.

Thanks, it finally worked. I was trying to use the open case method.
