I am using Samsung Note 20. When I am on call and someelse calls it will go to voicemail straight. Does anybody how to fix it. I can not get other calls when I am on call.
I think you would need Call Waiting for this. If your service plan supports Call Waiting, you can enable it in the settings of the Samsung phone app. Tap the three-dots menu in the upper right corner of the app. Tap settings and go to Supplementary services. Toggle on Call Waiting.
If you don't have Call Waiting, you'll need to contact your carrier to have it added to your plan.
