Samsung repair service ticket frozen

Hello,

I have submitted a service repair service ticket for my samsung galaxy note 10 and  the phone icon and link doesn't work. It is showing as view service request and it is frozen. I have not received a confirmation for the repair service for the walk in at the store I chose. The store also didn't receive the ticket . 

 

Is there a way to cancel or re-do this process? When I tried to do it again, I cannot because the device is still showing as it is  waiting for the service request

I already did twice. They said they cancelled it but on my end, it still shows "view service request" and I cannot select the Device to be service.
