One of my apps full keyboard does not appear, only numerical keypad?

On one of my apps, the text keyboard does not appear. Just the numerical keypad. Any suggestions on the error? How would I get the full keyboard to show?

Have you tried clearing the app cache or data? Mind you, clearing data will essentially reset the app. Settings>Apps>app name>Storage
