Unable to remove spouse's email and replace with mine

I'm unable to change the email it keeps showing my husbands email. Galaxy S10

If you go into settings you can add your account. Are you talking Gmail? If that's the case you'll need to log off and log back in as yourself.

I have done that but it still won't let me change it

@Phyllisgator Email accounts are used in many places for many different things. Can you explain exactly where you are seeing your husband's email, how you have tried to remove it, and where you have added yours?
