Monthly pricing towards Galaxy S20 FE

I traded in a Galaxy 8 + to purchase a -Galaxy 20FE. I got $500 off for the trade in (promotional) and then I paid the remaining balance off in full. Now, the monthly statement shows I'm paying $2.68 towards the 20 FE. I talked to the sales person at the local store and he gave me a big run around line of crap, and said the was nothing they could do. Any idea where or who I go to next?

take back your phone .. cancel subscription. and pay in full s20 fe ... then sell your s8plus 200$ or so .
