Arrows/chevron overlay in OneUI 6.1

Updated my S21 Ultra to g998usqsbgxe2 tonight, and now I have a screen overlay that I can't get rid of. It's in the top left corner of the screen, and tapping it gives a haptic response but it doesn't actually do anything (tapping/holding do nothing). 

It overlays EVERY app and I cannot for the life of me figure out why it's there or how to get rid of it.

@userHulAJQGnUF It looks like the icon that the Notistar app provides to allow you to jump to it. 

You can try turning off NotiStar. Or open NotiStar, click on Start icon settings to change the location, color, etc. of the icon.

You can try turning off NotiStar. Or open NotiStar, click on Start icon settings to change the location, color, etc. of the icon.

Amazing, I knew someone on here would know what this is! I've used Notistar for years and never seen that before, but it was easy enough to turn off. Thank you!!
