I've been encountering an error with my phone every now and then. I discovered a temporary fix, which is to turn off the phone, plug it into a computer, turn it back on, and it will charge properly anywhere. However, I am looking for a permanent solution to this problem. (tried different chargers and heads)

I'm sorry to hear that your device has had this on-going problem.

Here's a guide that might help troubleshoot where the error from the moisture detection is coming from. If all else fails and you've tried everything in this guide, then I recommend having a Samsung Authorized repair center take a look at your device for repair.
