I switched from a galaxy s21 to a galaxy s23 fe and none of my game data transfered. I don't understand why. I tried Google play but that did not help. Any solutions?
@jessh923 Some games don't provide hooks for Smart Switch to do the transfer of their data. A lot of games store that information on the associated on-line account. Once you log into your game account on the new device it will provide access to your game data. But some games don't.
