Galaxy S23Same persistent issue as many other customers.
Really disappointing to see zero action from Samsung to fix the problem when its clearly effecting so many people.
Samsung response says to 'raise an error report' folling instructions below:
However option 2 ('support') is not in the drop down list.
I'll give it 4 more weeks, if Samsung do not sort this I'm dome with Samsung products for good!!
How to Report an Error using the Samsung Member Application
- 1 Launch Samsung Members app.
- 2 Tap on Support, Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.
- 3 Choose a Category below.
- 4 Make Sure That Send System Log Data is selected to help resolve your questions quickly and describe your problem in detail
