S23 Ultra not loading high resolution photos

Ever since last update my phone does not load high resolution photos. The error message is " cannot load high resolution photos", HELP how can I fix this

@Ang1975Red Where are you getting the high resolution photos from? How much free space does your device have?

On Facebook messanger and I have only used 22 percent of storage it says

Can you explain more about the steps you are following to load high resolution photos?

My family sends them Thru fb messanger and then I either can't see them or when I try to download it says can't load high resolution photos

@Ang1975Red Have you tried clearing the FB Messenger cache?

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Apps
3. Click on Messenger
4. Click on Storage
5. Then tap Clear cache

Ohhhh I didn't think of that. When tick toc was messing I did that and just didn't think of that for fb

I'm having the same issue I followed these steps and still same thing
