Ah ok! This seems to be a problem in the camera's auto-stabilization and could be hardware related. To be sure, I recommend taking your device to a Samsung authorized service center, like uBreakiFix, for them to look at your phone. Evaluations are usually free and they will definitely be able to offer a resolution. Hopefully this issue just requires a reflash of the OS.
