Accessing certain apps, I have to log in with email and prove I'm not a robot?

when using certain apps, which are blacked out on my screen, I have to log-in with my email and then process various screens to prove I'm not a robot.

Then when I goto login. my password doesn't work. I am not using a google accounr. my email domain is live.com.

This sounds like an issue with "certain apps" not your cell phone.  Please try reaching out to the developers of those "certain apps" or try using the reset password link.
