As of late my S24 Ultra has been freezing up and then shutting off and come back online only to shut off again..Is anyone else having this issue?

I am sorry to hear of your S24 Ultra freezing then restarting, as this does seriously interfere with the basic use of the phone. Third-party apps can cause random or constant reboots to happen on your phone or tablet. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue. You can perform a software update, factory reset, or turn on Safe mode to determine if an app is causing the issue: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001475/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. As a diagnostic test, you should boot your phone into safe mode, eliminating the operation of any malicious third-party software that might be causing your problem. If the phone behaves itself in safe mode, a factory reset should fix it. You'll just have to make sure not to reinstall the malicious software again.
