Galaxy S24I've had my S24 for 1 year. I had to change providers 1 month ago. Approximately 1/week I have to restart the phone. When I turn my phone back on I get a Send USSD failed. It takes 1 hr to get a phone call to connect. I get the Send USSD failed for hours. I end up using wifi for data. Customer support told me I had to make a phone call longer than 1 minute to stop this message when I first received my phone. I can't make a phone call so how am I supposed to make a 1 minute phone call? I can't remember the shortcut/hac to get this message to stop.
