I just got an update for the galaxy watch 5 pro and my custom ringtones are gone even though the files are still on the watch. Tried readding them but they don't even show up to be selected anymore. Anyone else have this issue and able to fix it? The standard tones don't work for me.

Steps for Submitting an error report:
1. Launch the Wearable app icon Galaxy Wearable app
2. Tap on 3 lines icon
3. Select Contact us
4. Tap on Error Reports
5. Tap on Frequency
6. Choose between Once, Often, or Sometimes
7. Tap on the text box and explain the issue you are facing with your Galaxy device. If you would like to add any screen recordings or screenshots to your error report tap on the paperclip icon. Once you are ready to send your error report select send icon Remember to include #SCommunity

I just updated my watch and am having the same issue. I hate all of the default sounds and not being able to have my own custom ones makes this watch nearly useless to me if I can't have any sound on. I really hope this can be fixed and wasn't patched on purpose. If this isn't resolved, I may end up returning my watch and getting something else. I wish there was just better more official way to set custom sounds so stuff like this doesn't happen.
I brought this issue to the experts at XDA, but so far no solution available:
Not at all happy with the disastrous updates Samsung is rolling out to break things that work (bricked GW4 with the GVI3 update; AVK7 update breaking custom ringtones, etc.)
