Issues with Galaxy Watch 6 after Watch UI 6 Update

Dear Samsung Team,

I am experiencing several issues with my Galaxy Watch 6 after updating to Watch UI 6:

1. The watch frequently locks by itself without reason.


2. Heart rate tracking is not functioning properly, even when continuous monitoring is enabled.


3. Sleep tracking has completely stopped working.

 

I have already tried troubleshooting steps, including restarting, checking settings, and performing a factory reset, but the problems persist.

These issues have significantly impacted my user experience, and I hope they can be resolved soon. Please advise if there is a fix or if a patch update is in progress.

I'm having the same issue with sleep tracking. It just stopped after the UI 6 update.

My watch goes from 100% charge to dying within 5 hours since the update. How can this be fixed??

My watch keeps locking up all the time now after the updated which is very annoying

Me too! The exact same problems! I thought I was going mad! I've reset it several times etc troubleshooted everything and nothing works.

I hope someone from Samsung replies to get this sorted because it's very frustrating.

I'm having a hard time getting the newest update to apply on my Watch Ultra. Message, Try again later. I have been trying for about 4 days.

When I come out of sleep mode or relax or theater, it does not turn my settings back any longer. I have to manually turn on Always On and Sounds again.. every time.

After the software update my sleep tracking has been completely inaccurate.

I have performed all troubleshooting and did a factory reset but it didnt work.

Sleep tracking records I'm awake for over 4 hours!!!!

Uninstalled samsung health app and reinstalled still doesn't work

Watch is only 6 months old.

Now gone back to Samsung for repair

Not happy at all!!!.
