Unable to reply to Facebook messenger notifications on Galaxy watch

Have the Samsung ultra watch. Turned on notifications in app for messenger get notifications on watch for messenger but when I reply and hit sent it says sent but it doesn't appear in the messenger window has anyone got it to work.

Is that an older version?  Where can it be obtained? Do you have to uninstall the current version first?

Edit, oh i see its not there because i posted it in the beta forums, ill paste it here though.
Update: It is not Oneui on phone or watch. Its literally Facebook messenger app. This issue is also present in oneui 6 android 14 phones as well. Ive been doing extensive research and have finally found it to me the app itself. There is a fix and requires uninstalling Facebook messenger and do not keep data. Install Facebook messenger version 485.0.0.58.111, open app, go through logging back in, once loggen in click the message at top to sync conversations, close out (Do not uninstall) and install the APK again. Open app and you should now be able to send replys from watch again. If you update the app from the store, youll loose this functionality again. With all that said, anyone having this issue, please report it to Facebook messenger as its not a samsung issue.

I did the rollback to the older version and reported the issue to Meta through the Messenger app settings.

If you roll back to an earlier version, do not forget to turn off auto updates in the Play store or you will be updated to the newest version.  This means that none of your apps will be auto updated.

Need Advice: I just purchased a Samsung galaxy fit 3. Ive noticed that whenever I want to reply using quick responses on my fit 3, it does not send back to facebook messenger. It only works for text messages. The cancel call and reply messages also works. I tried updating my messenger software, reset my fit 3 bit still it does not work. What should I do?

I'm having this issue as well.  It opens the app on the phone, rather than sending the quick response.  I checked all settings and must be missing something, it used to work and now doesn't

I think its just the fb and messenger app.

I also have this issue and its annoying. Sometimes it sends, sometimes it doesnt sends
