Screen touches may be delayed or not recognized" That message pops up from time to time on her phone and then the phone freezes perhaps an update will fix it?

We did a clear cache partition . The problem still persist probably going to take a software update from Samsung or Android. Also tried to force stop one UI home and clear cache still no change The problem still persist
I just spoke to a representative from Samsung. They are aware of the issue and working on a update package that will address the bugs hopefully receive it soon
