I have owned my Bespoke referigerator/freezer for less than 2 years and the freezer just stopped working. The refrigerator portion is fine. This has happened once before. is this a known issue? Is there something I can do or check?

Kitchen and Family HubYep I am in the same boat, it is a cheaply made, poorly engineer refrigerator. Even the 2 techs that came out and worked on it explained all the issues they are having with this model. We are waiting on the 3rd tech we is schedule 4 days from now , 6 days after contacting Samsung, and 2nd time in 6 weeks that the fridge has failed.
