Kitchen and Family HubI bought the recently launched Evolution RB50 and have been using it for almost 2 weeks.
I've noticed that in the upper part (cooler) it doesn't maintain the set temperature. It constantly shows the set temperature on the internal display, I don't know if it works like that but it never shows temperature fluctuations when you open the door, for example. In the freezer, the temperature is well controlled, with almost no variations from the set value.
As I have a datalogger that records the temperature from time to time, I'm using it and noticing this. The graph below shows this over 5 days, with the temperature set at 2Ā°.
The measurements are taken every 10 minutes and only in 9% of the measurements was the fridge at 2 degrees or less.
And now how other refrigerator I have behaves:
Could a modern fridge of this value behave like this? Is this a defect, a design error? I'd like to know if it's a defect because it's under warranty.
I wonder how the food will be preserved with this temperature variation and much higher than desired.
