I purchased a Bespoke refrigerator a few months ago. I have the refrigerator set at the lowest temperature setting, but it does not get cool enough. On the other hand, The freezer is set to the highest temperature and it is too cold. Is there any way to calibrate the thermostats? Both compartments are 75% full. If not, I will need to return it.

But as you have recently purchased this I would recommend taking this back for an exchange/refund.
