We have had this fridge freezer now for two years and overall it has been working well. We use the display for loading family photos which is a great attraction for family when they visit to share all our memories! Some 2 months ago it suddenly stopped allowing us to download any further photos vis smart things but it will allow us to download more videos? We have spoken at length to Samsung support but could not provide a solution! We have tried resetting the fridge freezer several times via unplugging the device and by the red reset button top of the fridge door. We have also deleted a lot of photos from the device to see if it was a memory problem but this did not work either. Appreciate any help or advice please
