Frozen Screen UHD MU8000 8 series TV

I have a UHD MU8000 8 series TV that worked perfectly. I moved to a new location and now when I power up the TV, it has a screen that looks like it wants me to connect 2 wires together. What does this mean and how do I fix it? Every tip has not worked.
