HI! 

Just bought the brand new apple TV 4K for my Samsung UN65JU6100FXZX that I acquired years ago. The problem is that the content doesn't play because of an error with HDCP. I want to know if my tv is compatible with that. Thanks

I'm making a guess that since your Television is around 5 years old. That Apple has HDCP encryption protocols. That your older TV cannot decypher. Thus it's it's not making a proper handshake.

First be certain your TV has the latest firmware for it. Then try a different HDMI cable. Also try a different HDMI port.
