Greetings Samsung Community,

I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.

Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.

Thank you!

Same for me.   The update has disable Direct TV and You Tube TV.   Neither app will work after the update.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. My QN90C will not play content in certain apps. I've done everything suggested, and nothing seems to work. Hopefully, Samsung acknowledges this asap.

Hello, Everyone.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble after the recent update. is anyone receiving an error message or is it just unresponsive?

If you do receive an error, what prompts the message to appear?

Can you all advise what the model of the television is that you have along with the current software version you're running?

Model: QN55S95CAFXZA
Software: T-PTMCAKUC-0080-2011.0, E0371410,BT-S

There are no errors that appear.   With Direct TV, you get a message "Hmmmm, the video is taking longer to load than normal.   Thank you for your patience ...." and the video never loads.   It just freezes.

The disney plus apps acts "normal" until you hit play, and then the green wheel spins, and then the screen just goes black. Model # Qn85qn90cafxza. This doesn't happen with all apps. So far I've only had issues with peacock disney plus and samsung tv plus. Other apps work. Like others have said, I've spent WAY too much money on this tv for it not to be working, not even a year into owning it. This is a relatively new model so you'd think Samsung would test software updates prior to releasing them. We are also approaching 2 weeks. Is a patch in the works? Can't we uninstall this app and go back to a previous version?

I bought a 55” QN90C TV in July 2024. Just recently, the TV had an operating system or firmware update. After this update installed, I haven’t been able to access Hulu shows at all. The menu comes up, but when we select live channels or a non-live show, we keep getting an error message. The Hulu error code is P-DEV302. This doesn’t happen on any of my other Samsung TVs all of which are about 10 years old. I spent probably 2 hours on a chat and then a phone call with Hulu reps that had me removing and reinstalling the Hulu app, rebooting and resetting my modem and router. I even reset my TV back to factory defaults. Nothing has worked. As a test, I subscribed to YouTube TV to see if it would work. It doesn’t work on the QN90C TV, but it works on all of my older Samsung TVs. It doesn’t feel very good to have spent $1,000 on a TV that after 5 months won’t work properly. I would appreciate some help with this issue.

Just my thought but the update seems to be the culprit why it's only on a TV and not others is a mystery given all you done already have you run the diagnostic test
