Hello,

My 65' curved TV model# UN65MU650DF, version FA03, screen all of a sudden turned black. Now it looks like it's power cycling? I turn it off with the remote but it turns back on, screen turns grey, then black, and this continues until it's unplugged.

We disconnected cables, waited 60s, plugged them back in, but didn't help.

Anything (online) help is much appreciated.

Thanks!
