Phone gets stuck on "Phone is starting"

OK, so I found my Note 20 Ultra stuck on "Phone is starting".

Searched around and found all sorts of "fixes" like factory resets and safe mode. Nothing worked.

I could actually swipe the screen down and see my settings (weird) and noticed that it was in flight mode and the Bluetooth was off. I then recalled that while I was out, the battery was running low so I'd switched to power saving mode.

Turned off power saving mode and all was back to normal.

Now, here's my question:

Why does my phone revert to getting hung on "Phone is starting" whenever I activate power saving mode?

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern regarding the message "Phone is restarting" when using Power Saving Mode. If testing the phone in safe mode and a factory reset have not resolved the message, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by an authorized technician.
