Hello subalad, Welcome to the Community. We understand the frustration of the camera not autofocusing.

Clearing the cache partition is recommended after each software update, and so is the Repair apps options under the Recovery menu.

To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume down and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME DOWN until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.

You can also try the troubleshooting here: https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-my-galaxy-phone-camera-does-no...

We also recommend submitting an error report: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

If these steps are not helpful, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For now, you can try clearing your system cache, which can help clean up any old temp files that could be contributing to your issues.

To wipe the system cache,
Turn off the device.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.

When the Android logo displays, release both keys.

An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.

Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.

Press Side key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.

When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.

Press the Side key to restart the device.

Unlike a master reset, wiping the cache partition does not delete your personal data. Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key. When the Android logo displays, release both keys. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight the Wipe cache partition. Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Power key to select. When the process is complete, the Reboot system now is highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.

It doesn't go to that menu after volume up and side key. Are there any alternative options?
