Hello @Gin67 and BlazeStar, welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the frustration of having these network difficulties in addition to freezing and poor display qualities. When your phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be really nerve-wracking. The good news is that this can probably be fixed without having to send your it in for service. Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes in the future. Use this guide for troubleshooting the freezing on the device: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001416/#force-a-reboot-on-the-phone

Troubleshooting your network data can be as simple as resetting your network settings. Simply go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings (you may be prompted to enter a pin/password) > Reset. If the network reset did not help with the connection to your mobile network, you should reach out to your service provider who manages the network, where they may issue you a new SIM card for instance.

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
