Tv fairly new and connected to cable. When I turn TV on screen is pink. It goes away in abt 2-3 mins and cable comes on. I checked HDM1 cable ports per directions I found. How can I stop this. Or should I just ignore. Smart tv

First off welcome to the Community! The TV is the most important electronic in my household, so let's get this situated for you as fast as possible.

Does this happen on every source or just cable? If it is just cable I recommend reaching out to your provider but if it happens with everything, I recommend giving this link a shot: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01206345/

If it is a minor inconvenience, I recommend waiting until a new update arrives but if it is more than that

I recommend letting a service technician look this over. As we would like to look at this on a case by case basis, we would need to gather additional information. Please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
