QLED and The Frame TVsHello all, I just got my Samsung S95B a few months ago and I woke up this morning to a single black vertical line in the center of my TV. From top of screen to bottom. I have tried unplugging TV for more than 1 minute and I also did a complete reset of the TV as well. The line is still there. Do I have any other options to try before having to contact Samsung support? I purchases the TV directly from Samsung with the extra protection warranty. Does anyone have any experience and trying to get a replacement TV or get this one repaired?

QLED and The Frame TVsHello @rickyisbell,
I am sorry to hear after the provided troubleshooting steps were performed (thank you again @AutumnInChiTown) the line is still present on the screen and I would love to look into this concern. I would recommend having the television serviced for further assistance to resolve the line on the screen.
You can send the full model code and serial number as well as images of the TV's screen using any of the contact methods listed below to proceed:

QLED and The Frame TVs2-If the lines sway, check the input source (HDMI 1, Video, PC, etc.) and connection to see if they are properly connected. Disconnect and re-connect the video cable/HDMI to check if the issue is resolved.
3-Pull up the Menu screen and check whether the issue persists.
4-If the lines continue to move or stay permanent, perform a Picture Test.
Hope that helps
