Frequently losing internet connection after updte to 1903

I have massiv internet connection issues after updating to the new firmware 1903. All apps are affected and this is really annoying because that happens every 5 to 10 minutes!

I can't watch anything anymore...

How can I get back to the old version or will there be a fix soon?

Hello! I completely understand your frustration with losing the internet connection. Now that the TV is updated have you tried to just reset the unit again?

 

Additionally, please check out the

troubleshooting: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00079028/ 

 

If this doesn't work the unit will require service, if the unit is 2 or more years old then likely the unit will be out of warranty. Please reach out to a local service center to obtain the estimates for repairs.  http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location
