My parents have recently bought Samsung Neo QLED TV QE50QN90BATXXU and have it connected to a TV Aerial to pick up the Freeview channels but there doesn't seem to be a full channel guide.
The remote control has Disney, Netflix buttons but the Guide Button is missing on the Remote Control
Is there any way to get the full channel guide back as this is their biggest annoyance with the TV as they like to see the full channel guide which the older TVs have. They are not interested is Disney and Netflix!
The "guide button" is marked "CH" (for channel) ... you press it straight down for the channel guide ... or push up for previous channel and push down for next channel
