I recently purchased 2 new qQD-OLED Samsung TV's, the qn55s95b and qn65s95b. They are both on the same latest firmware (1303). The 65 in. model shows the solar remote battery level in the settings menu, under power options. But the otherwise identical 55in. model is missing this option!
Make sure your smart remotes are each paired to their respective TVs. If not, then there is no way the TV would be able to obtain the battery level. Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons on your remote to re-pair again.
