Unable to search for people and no one can find me on the Samsung members app

I cannot search and find anyone on my Samsung members app and find them and no one can find me...

Yea, I'm guessing. I can follow my friends that are also samsung members. I search there samsung I'd name and is says not found when I try to send them a direct message

Go into search and you have to click on Users.
