TabletsI have a Galaxy Tab S7+ that came with Android 10. It was supposed to get 3 OS updates.
Currently on Android 12 and hasn't connected to update servers for 2 years. Registration Failed.
Just connected with Samsung Switch and there is no Android 13 update available. I thought that this update was pushed months ago. I'm in the US.
Can anyone set me straight on the OS updates for S series Galaxy Tabs? I've seen so many conflicting things online that my head is spinning.

Tablets@Spluck Do you have the Wifi version or LTE version?
Those tablets should have an Android 13 version available. If your tablet is LTE, your carrier may not have made that update available.

TabletsSM-T970 Wi-Fi version. No carrier.
When I connected to Samsung Switch, it indicated that an update was available. When I started the download, I rcvd a msg that the file already exists on my device. It's Android 12 that Switch is telling me is the available update.
Do you know of another method available to get the Android 13 update?
