Is there a way to connect my new tablet 8a to a non smart TV via cable I have hdmi ports on the TV thanks in advance

Looks like the Tab A8 cant be connected with a USB- HDMI per what the website says you would need to get a Chromecast and cast your content to your tv the "A" models doesn't support HDMI over USB C.
