Samsung TV Plus epic fail

Just purchased a Samsung 50” model UN50TU700DFXZA on July 12th and Samsung TV Plus only worked for approximately 3 hours.  Now it stays as a black screen while it attempts to load then I get the blue screen telling me to retry.  I have attempted power cycling, rebooting modem from both ends, manually setting the DNS TO 8.8.8.8. and nothing!  So frustrating and extremely disappointing!  What else can I do?

Is it connected via network cable to the router or wireless?

Wireless connection.  Netflix, HULU, HBO Max, Apple TV, Disney Plus - all work just fine on this TV with the same wireless connection.

Oh no!  Are you still having trouble with TV Plus or is this across other apps as well?

Still having problems.  Spoke with Samsung and told to open ports - which I did - it worked for about 30 min.  I have another Samsung TV - older model - no problem with Samsung TV Plus.  Same Network same distance.

Is the software on the TV up to date? Have you tried a Smart Hub reset?
