Android Beta 6.5 Update (Issues)

I noticed on the latest update for the beta program on the s23 ultra whenever I try to take a screenshot of an app that does not allow screenshots. It shows the privacy policy error at the bottom and then freezes the entire phone. In stable updates it just shows the Privacy error at the bottom and you move about your day. With this bug I have to restart my phone every time I try to take a screenshot on one of these type of apps such as a banking app or similar.
